Anna Rogers

Anna is the Project Director for the National Cooperative Agreement (NCA). In this role, Anna oversees the implementation of Clinical Workforce Development initiatives. Through this NCA, CHCI provides training and technical assistance to other health centers around the country through a series of webinars and learning collaboratives that focus on transforming teams, and training the next generation.

Anna started at CHCI in 2009 as a Community HealthCorps AmeriCorps member. She served in New Britain,CT developing and implementing educational programming for underserved parents and children. In 2011, Anna stayed on as the Program Coordinator for both Family Wellness Centers in Middletown and New Britain. In 2013, both of her prior roles at CHCI came together to create a new role at CHC: Manager of Community Wellness and AmeriCorps programs. During this time, Anna oversaw the Family Wellness Center, Vinnie’s Jump and Jive (CHCI’s community dance hall), the New Britain House of Teens (a PE credit recovery program for New Britain teen girls) and the Community HealthCorps AmeriCorps Program.

 Anna earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Connecticut. In addition, Anna has also  completed training at the Dartmouth Institute and is a certified Clinical Microsystems coach.
