Martha Staeheli is a Project Manager for PainNET, a web-based, virtual community for primary care providers to learn about pain care and practice transformation. She received a PhD in Public Health with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Health. Her doctoral research focused on innovative technologies and behavioral health screening and treatment in urban underserved primary care practice. During the course of her doctoral studies, Martha has also studied medical errors, and suicide prevention in children of deployed service personnel. Martha was the Director of Training and Education at the Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health, where she studied recovery from schizophrenia, community psychiatry, and homelessness.
