Patti Feeney is the Manager of Quality Improvement Education at Community Health Center, Inc.’s Weitzman Institute. Patti joined CHC’s Human Resources Department in 2005 with a background in Human Resources Management, Customer Service Management, Training and Quality Improvement. Patti transitioned into CHC’s Quality Improvement Department and assisted in further development of the Weitzman Institute in 2011. Patti has experience in Lean improvement methodology and earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt certification and is also certified through the Dartmouth Institute as a Clinical Microsystems coach. Patti has over ten years of training experience especially focused in the areas of facilitation, conflict management, team dynamics, change management, implementation and sustainability strategy. Patti has her Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.
